Culinary Lab at Dhun celebrates regional cuisine, preserves traditional recipes, and highlights the nutritional value of locally sourced ingredients. Across 50 acres of Dhun, including food gardens and orchards, we employ traditional soil regeneration techniques to cultivate over 60 types of organic crops, fruits, and vegetables. The meals feature unique dining experiences with estate-grown ingredients, rediscovered ancient grains, and a dynamic seasonal menu.
